Life Phase Series – Getting Older: Tips on the Legal Planning We All Need

Barbara Moss, Elder Law of Nashville PLC, will focus on use of VA, Medicare and Medicaid benefits.

Moss’ primary focus is on legal needs of seniors and those in need of long-term care.   She has been named “Best of the Bar” (one of the 75 best lawyers in Nashville) multiple times by peers in Nashville and has been chosen as a Mid-South Super Lawyer at Elder Law.  She has also received recognition in the community including winning the Athena Award.  She received her undergraduate and law degrees at Vanderbilt University where she has also taught as an adjunct professor.

This Life Phase Series session is sponsored by the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center. It is open to the Vanderbilt community.
