On Jan. 31, 12 students from Webster Vienna went to Coventry, England, for the 2019 Warwick Economic Summit, Europe’s largest student-led conference. Students had the opportunity to network with industry leaders and also connect with peers from around the globe.
Outside of economics, the Summit also discussed the broader spheres of the social sciences, including development, politics, psychology and international relations.
“The Summit was a huge success and we successfully represented our University at this prestigious event,” said Benedikt Kaltenboeck, a Class of 2019 Webster student who helped organize their participation. “I hope we can maintain lasting connections with the students from the University of Warwick with whom we established excellent relationships throughout the past two Summits so we can continue to provide our students with this extraordinary experience in the upcoming years.”
