Senior Spotlight: Taylor Hantman

Dartmouthsports.com will be recognizing the senior student-athletes who had their fall seasons postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today’s Senior … Taylor Hantman, a midfielder from Cherry Hills, Colorado, on the field hockey team.
 
DartmouthSports.com: What have workouts been like so far?
Taylor Hantman: Workouts have been great. It’s been super nice to be able to train with teammates again.
 
DS: What is your most memorable on-field team moment?
TH: My most memorable on-field team moment was our game against UMass Amherst my sophomore year. The team had great energy before the game and we connected really well on the field. 
 
DS: What is your most memorable non-sports memory?
TH: Participating in the homecoming parade as a team.
 
DS: What are your plans after Dartmouth (as much as you can plan for anything during this pandemic)?
TH: I plan to attend law school in a few years, and after graduation I plan to do social justice work.
 
DS: Other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life and why?
TH: My grandpa has had a large influence on my life. He reminds me to live life to the fullest and to work hard to be the best version of myself.
